How long does shipping take?
Orders leave the workshop within two business days. Delivery is typically 3–6 business days in the US and 5–12 business days internationally. Every shipment is insured and tracked, and shipping is complimentary.
Do I have to pay duties or import tax?
Orders shipped to the US, EU, UK, Canada and Australia are sent with duties prepaid. For other destinations, any import charges set by the local customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I choose the right strap size?
Measure your wrist snugly and add roughly 1.5 cm for comfort. Straps fit wrists from 14 cm to 21 cm, and every reference ships with the tool needed to swap them.
What does the warranty cover?
Five years from delivery, covering the movement, case finish and crystal under normal use. It does not cover impact damage, unauthorised servicing, or normal strap wear.
Can I return a watch?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the watch is unworn beyond trying it on and is returned in its original packaging.
What movement do you use?
A Citizen automatic calibre regulated and timed in five positions before casing. The movement remains visible through the sapphire caseback.
Is servicing available later?
Yes. We service every reference we have built and hold spare parts for discontinued runs.
Do you take custom or bulk orders?
Yes. Numbered runs from 20 pieces upward are available for teams, motorsport programmes and corporate gifting.
